The Rules Committee Proposed 2019 Rulebook is posted here. Concerns and comments must be sent to [email protected] prior to the December 6 board meeting.

Next steps:
1.  Approval of the ballot and the 2019 Rule Book at the next board meeting, December 6.
2.  Ballot goes to Membership for electronic vote, December 9-21.
3.  Votes tallied, December 22.
4.  Rule Book published – by January 1 online, and printed in February for distribution to Novice racers.
5.  Hand out of printed rules to all racers the first weekend of the season.
