Thursday Night Motocross – Great racing and a heads up
Please be aware tomorrow night, Thursday, is the annual anniversary race for Thursday Night Motocross. It’s their biggest spectator event of the year which means they use most of the parking lot, which does not become the 2-Fast and OMRRA pits until Friday morning.
If you show up Thursday night you will be motocross spectator which means there’s a gate fee to get in, and most likely anyone with an RV, trailer, or large rig, will be asked to stage outside the pit area until the mx crowd begins to leave. Past experience is that it begins to thin out after 9:30pm once the second pro moto is over.
Please respect that Thursday Night Motocross is the renter of the track and paddock. Also worth mentioning, there will be some great mx racing tomorrow night. Pros are in town for the AMA Washougal National this weekend, looking to pick up some extra cash. It’s worth watching.
